The School of Volunteering and Social Impact (SVSI) is a social enterprise committed to equipping young Africans and social impact organizations with the training, tools, and tech support needed to create lasting change through volunteering and community service.

Founded on the belief that service is a powerful tool for development, SVSI offers accessible, practical learning experiences through online courses, physical workshops, and tailored support for NGOs and social enterprises. Our mission is simple: to build a generation of skilled, passionate volunteers and social impact workers who can respond effectively to the challenges facing communities across Africa and beyond.

We focus on empowering individuals of all age and supporting organizations that rely on volunteers to drive their missions. Through education, innovation, and partnerships, SVSI is helping to professionalize volunteering and strengthen the social impact sector from the ground up.

We aim to train and support 300,000 social impact workers and organisations globally, and we’re just getting started.
